Donations

South City Music depends on donations from families to maintain our programs.

Your donations help fund many things that district funding cannot fully cover:

MARCHING BAND UNIFORMS • FIELD SHOW MUSIC• FIELD SHOW DRILL• WINTER PERCUSSION SHOW MUSIC • CHOREOGRAPHY • COMPETITION FEES • PROPS • TRANSPORTATION • COLOR GUARD EQUIPMENT • INSTRUMENT PURCHASES • INSTRUMENT REPAIRS • SHEET MUSIC • COACHING STIPENDS

Students may participate in our music programs regardless of financial ability. The South City annual budget is developed on the premise that all families will contribute as much as they are able. All donations are greatly appreciated, even if you cannot give the full suggested amount.

• $50 - Per Concert Music Folder

• $50 - Per Concert Music Stand

• $100 - Per Sheet Music 

• $100 - Per uniform (Design costs, fitting,  and alterations expenses) 

• $150 - Per General Instruments repair

• $200 - Woodwind Reeds 

• $250 - Vans for 1 Middle School tour travel

• $300 - Per Penske Truck (Instrument haul)

• $300 - Feeds the band for 1 competition

• $300 -1 month payment to 1 Instruction Coach/Clinician

• $400 - Registration Fee for 1 Marching Show
